Learn From the Industry Trailblazer Who Started it All
Hi, I'm E. Olivia, the Founder and C.E.O. of O. McCornell Consulting Services. Over the years, I've contributed significantly to the development and success of several organizations around the United States.
In 2017, I founded my organization, The Johnson Foundation, Inc., which has played an essential role in supporting various humanitarian efforts. Recognizing the problems encountered along the way, I formed O. McCornell Consulting Services, better known as Royal Nonprofit Services, in 2020 to help others with their nonprofit ventures.

My flexible profession has allowed me to work with enterprises and groups from many backgrounds, bridging the gap between the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. My recent role as Director of Programs & Member Engagement at The Clayton County Chamber of Commerce demonstrated my ability to design and manage member engagement strategies and organize programs and events to increase and maintain membership.

My academic journey is equally distinguished. I am a proud alumnus of Tougaloo College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Public Relations in 2013, and Clark Atlanta University, from which I graduated with a Master of Public Administration, specializing in Community and Economic Development, in 2016. Currently, I am advancing my expertise by pursuing a Doctor of Public Administration with a focus on Public Sector Management at Valdosta State University.

However, my dedication extends well beyond academia. In 2024, I was honored to be appointed to the Ethics Board for District 1 by the Henry County Grand Jury. In the previous year, I was entrusted with the vice chair position of the Locust Grove Main Street Board. My commitment to community service is evident through initiatives like the annual Back-to-School Supply Giveaway, a collaboration with the local Fire Marshal Office and Police agency, which successfully united 350 children in 2023.

My contributions have been recognized with accolades such as the Best of Georgia N.G.O. award in 2022 and the prestigious Young Atlanta Nonprofit Professional (Y.N.P.N.) Award for 30 Under 30 in 2021. My leadership extends to influential roles on boards throughout Metro Atlanta, including the Public Administration Alumni Association and the Hope Shelter.
